You have received an approval letter from the American Stroke Association for your Unofficial Satellite Event. So, what’s next?

Secure event space with hotel.

• Your approval letter links to a contact list of the San Antonio hotels that are holding event space for Unofficial Satellite Events.


• Contact the hotel of your choice to arrange your event.


• You will need to supply the hotel with a copy of your approval letter. A revised approval letter will be required for any events that were changed after initial approval. If you have a change to make please e-mail Veronica Zamora. Please include the satellite id number on all correspondence.

Submit your Event Details.

• Once you have secured event space, you may enter the event details online. An email will be sent to you with instructions on completing this process.


• With your permission, these details will be posted on the Attendee Unofficial Satellite Events page and published in the Preview and Exhibit Guide.

Submit promotional materials for approval.

• All promotional materials must be approved prior to printing and distributing.
